chevron_rightHow do I get a copy of the Rules and Regulations? It's easy. The document section does not require a log in, so you, your prospective buyer or real estate agent can see the C, C & R's (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) and Bylaws. Meeting minutes and financial data are sensitive, so only owners have access to this section.

chevron_rightHow do I file a formal CC&R Complaint? We encourage all homeowners to first make an attempt to work out your issue with you neighbor. If this fails and you feel that you would like the Compliance Director to review your complaint, "click" on the Document link on the Home Page. When you have it opened, click on the Document titled Ridge Association CC&R Complaint form. Read the instructions, fill out the form and mail it to the address provided on the form.
